• After your order is confirmed, we will get in touch with you to schedule the delivery date, typically within the next 3 to 5 working days, and also provide you with a 3-hour delivery slot for that day. Say goodbye to waiting around all day for your order to arrive!

• Furniture Outlet employ our own delivery & assembly professionals who will be taking meticulous care of your order, so you know exactly who’s coming to your home. One of our friendly two-person teams will expertly deliver, assemble and position your items exactly as you desire, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience from start to finish.

• Our team will also remove and dispose of all the packaging materials in the most eco conscious manner possible.

• The Charlotte Chesterfield Armchair will arrive in 1 box when delivered. Please measure the appropriate door frames and hallways to ensure the chair can be delivered into your room of choice:

How to Care for Me

These easy tips will help keep your armchair looking great in the years to come. Regularly vacuum your chair, or use a soft-bristled brush, to clean any dust, food crumbs and dirt away. Keep your armchair out of direct sunlight to prevent the upholstery’s colour fading over time. For wet spills, immediately use a clean, dry cloth or paper towel to blot the affected area until the spill completely dries out. Gently dab the cloth over the spillage to avoid rubbing the liquid deeper into the chair’s fabric. We recommend you consult a professional cleaning service regarding the removal of any stains.
