Online Returns Policy

ONLINE RETURNS ONLY: This returns policy refers to online purchases made on this website. Please contact the branch of Furniture Outlet direct for assistance regarding any purchase made at that store, thank you.

FAILED DELIVERY: Please be advised that if our two-person delivery team do not have the necessary access to complete the delivery to your room of choice, a failed delivery charge of £99 will be deducted from your total refund. Our product listings include the dimensions of the items and their packaging for your reference, so please measure the appropriate door frames, hallways and so on to ensure there is sufficient access for a successful delivery to your room of choice prior to placing an order.

14 DAY RETURNS POLICY: Whenever you shop with us we want you to be delighted with your goods. Therefore, if for any reason you wish to return them, we offer our online customers a 14 day no fuss return policy. Please be advised that it is your responsibility to take care of the item/s and ensure they are returned to us unused and in a saleable condition. The item/s must not have any wear and tear (including but not restricted to stains, marks, odours or pet hairs) or damage resulting from misuse, repairs or wilful neglect. Failure to comply may result in us being unable to refund you.
The cost of collection will be deducted from your total refund. The charge for us to collect item/s from our own delivery area is £99. This fee also applies to returns made at the time of your delivery/assembly.

To request a return within our 14 day policy simply contact us at returns@furnitureoutletstores.co.uk (please include a contact name and telephone number) and our customer service team will then get back to you to arrange the collection of your item.

All returned item/s will be sent back to our warehouse where they will be checked to ensure they are unused and in a saleable condition. Providing the item/s are returned as stated above, we will refund you via the method of payment you used (please note your card provider/bank can take up to 5 working days to process the refund).

30 Day Returns
In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if your goods are faulty, you will be entitled to a refund for up to 30 days from the date of delivery.

Warranty

All items purchased on this website are covered by a warranty against manufacturing faults for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery. Our warranties are valid as long as the item/s remains in the property we delivered to.

Our warranty applies to manufacturing defects only and excludes issues that arise as a result of normal wear and tear, misuse, improper care or accidental damage.

Once a manufacturing fault has been verified by us, at our sole discretion we will supply the appropriate replacement part/s, provide a repair or exchange the item for a new one. If your model of item is no longer available, we will replace it with a closely matching item of equivalent specification or purchase value.

To make a warranty claim, please contact us at customerservice@furnitureoutletstores.co.uk with details of the issue you are experiencing. If applicable, please include photographs or videos to help highlight what the issue is. We will also need proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email, along with your full address and a contact telephone number.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
