Change of Mind Returns:

Whenever you shop with us we want you to be delighted with your goods. However, if for any reason you wish to return them, we offer our online customers a 14 Day Returns policy. If you have a change of mind and would like to return the item/s for a refund, please send an email to returns@furnitureoutletstores.co.uk. Please include your order number and the reason for the return, for example, too big, too small or simply changed my mind.

Please Note: There is a £39.00 collection fee for all Change of Mind Returns. The cost, if any, of the original delivery will not be refunded and the cost of collection will be deducted from the total refund.

Please be advised that it is your responsibility to take care of the product/s and ensure they are returned to us safely and in a saleable condition. Please take every precaution to ensure the goods are in exactly the same condition as when you received them. Failure to do so may result in us being unable to refund you.

Therefore, although we offer up to 14 days for Change of Mind Returns, we highly recommend you contacting us as soon as possible to reduce the chance of accidental damage occurring in your home.

When handling/moving an item please take great care not to damage the item. Any item that suffers accidental damage after we have delivered your item will not be eligible for return.

Upon delivery the driver will take several pictures of the item/s and you will be required to sign a Delivery Note confirming you are happy with the conditions of the goods. If we go to collect any item/s and there is damage, the item/s will not be collected.

Any item that shows signs of use – including but not limited to smoke, pet or food odours or stains – will not be accepted.

Once the item/s has been returned to us as detailed above, a refund will be issued to you via the method by which you paid.

Your Statutory Rights are not affected.
