No Quibble Online Returns Policy:

Whenever you shop with us we want you to be delighted with your goods. However, if for any reason you wish to return them we offer our online customers a 14 Day no quibble return policy. Simply contact us and we will arrange for the item/s to be collected between Monday and Friday. Please be advised that our 14 Day no quibble returns policy ONLY applies to online purchases made on our website.

Please print and complete our Returns Form and include this with your returned item/s.

Please be advised that it is your responsibility to take care of the product/s and ensure they are returned to us in their original packaging safely and in a saleable condition. Please ensure all items are packaged securely and sufficiently to withstand delivery. Failure to do so may result in Essex Furniture Outlets Limited being unable to refund you.

Returned items will be sent back to our warehouse where they will be checked to ensure they are in their original packaging and in a saleable condition.

Providing the item/s are returned in their original packaging and in a saleable condition we will refund you via the method of payment you used.

Please be advised the cost of delivery will not be refunded and the cost of collection will be deducted from the total refund. If you collected your item/s from one of our stores you may return the item/s to a store and you will receive a full refund via the method by which you paid. This is also subject to the item/s being returned in their original packaging and in a saleable condition.


We are very sorry if your item/s have been delivered damaged. We use packaging designed to be handled by courier networks and unfortunately damage sometimes occurs in transit. If upon delivery you notice damage to the packaging please sign as DAMAGED. We would also recommend that you take a quick look inside the packaging as you can refuse to accept delivery there and then. This will ensure you do not have an unwanted package in your home.

If you have been unable to check the item at the time of delivery we ask that you take care to fully inspect your item/s to ensure you are happy with them before disposing of packaging as failure to do so may result in us being unable to refund you. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if your order is damaged or there are any other discrepancies.

Our customer service team will then get back to you to arrange the collection of your item. You will be offered an exchange if we still have the item in stock or an alternative for you to consider. You will also be able to request a full refund.
