Our buyers work hard to source stock that we can sell to you at greatly discounted prices. Our dispatch and transport team have worked hard to be able to offer our customers the most cost effective delivery options.

Nothing in life is free. Companies offering “Free” delivery have got this cost built in to the price you pay!

To ensure you pay the lowest overall price possible we offer a free Click & Collect option along with a low priced UK mainland delivery service.

We guarantee the overall price you pay for your item/s is the lowest in the UK!

UK MAINLAND DELIVERY CHARGES

Small Item/s

Fast Delivery (1 to 2 working days): £4.99 per item.

Any order placed before 12.00 noon will be delivered within the next 1 to 2 working days. Please be advised if you place an order after 12.00 noon on a Friday, the order will be processed the following Monday and delivered within the next 1 to 2 working days (excludes Bank Holidays). This also applies to any orders placed over the weekend. The item/s will be processed on the Monday and delivered within the next 1 to 2 working days.

On the morning of your delivery you will receive a text message which will provide you with a 2 hour delivery time slot. Please ensure you provide your correct mobile telephone number – failure to do so may affect your delivery. You, or a representative, must be present at the time of delivery to check and sign for your delivery. Our couriers can not call beforehand, their automatic system sends you a time slot text, they can not leave parcels in a porch or any other area unsigned.

Please be advised that we do not deliver to the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Channel Islands or elsewhere outside the mainland UK.

IMPORTANT: If the packaging is damaged in anyway please clearly sign for as damaged. Failure to do so may incur extra charges to yourself! In the unlikely event the packaging shows obvious signs of damage we recommend you refuse to accept the delivery and contact us at customerservice@furnitureoutletstores.co.uk as soon as possible.

Large Item/s

Two Man Delivery – Room of Choice (3 to 5 working days): £19.99 to £69.00 per item.

Your item/s will be delivered within 3 to 5 working days from the point of order. Please be advised if you place an order after 12.00 noon on a Friday it will be delivered no later than the following Friday except for where a Bank Holiday is present.

Our delivery booking-in department will telephone you within 2 working days to arrange the delivery date. Please ensure you provide your correct contact telephone number – failure to do so may affect your delivery.  You, or a representative, must be present at the time of delivery to check and sign for your delivery.

The two-man delivery team will deliver your item/s to your preferred room of choice on either the ground or first floor. Please ensure that the delivery team has sufficient access space available to deliver any bulky items.

Click & Collect

Customers are welcome to Click & Collect their item/s from our stores in Essex. Please click here for our store locations.

Simply advise from which store and on what day you would like to collect your item/s using the Click & Collect shipping option in your Shopping Cart. Our main warehouse can deliver your item/s to the store within the next two to seven days. Please be advised that any item/s ordered on a Saturday will not be available for pickup from the store until after 4pm on the Monday. Any item that is not collected within 48 hours as per your order will be returned to our main warehouse as our stores do not have sufficient storage space for failed collections.
