Essential Information
All Furniture Outlet warranties are valid from the date of delivery or collection and remain valid as long as the items stay at the original residential address. Transferring the product to another address or shipping it overseas will void the warranty.

How to make a claim:
For store purchases: Please contact the store where you made your purchase directly.
For online purchases: Please email our dedicated team at warranty@furnitureoutletstores.co.uk with your proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and clear photographs or video.

Proof of purchase remains the responsibility of the purchaser. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
