• Non-returnable once opened – please take care when choosing your mattress size.
• Due to hygiene and packaging limitations, mattresses cannot be returned once removed from their packaging.

• After your order is confirmed, we will get in touch with you to schedule the delivery date, typically within the next 3 to 5 working days, and also provide you with a 3-hour delivery slot for that day. Say goodbye to waiting around all day for your order to arrive!

• Furniture Outlet employ our own delivery & assembly professionals who will be taking meticulous care of your order, so you know exactly who’s coming to your home. One of our friendly two-person teams will expertly deliver, assemble and position your items exactly as you desire, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience from start to finish.

• Once unboxed, the mattress cannot be returned as it cannot be repackaged. Please check sizing carefully before ordering.

• Our team will also remove and dispose of all the packaging materials in the most eco conscious manner possible.

• On the day of delivery, please make sure there is sufficient access space available at your property for our two-person team to freely deliver the Moda Mattress to your room of choice. How to Care for Me

• Air out your new Moda Mattress before sleeping on it – New mattress? Let it breathe. Remove all packaging and let it air out in a well-ventilated room for 24 to 48 hours. Why it matters: This helps release any trapped odours and allows the materials to settle into shape.

• Adjustment period – New mattress feel a bit unfamiliar? That’s normal. Settle-in time: It can take 30 to 90 days for your body to adjust and for the mattress to fully contour to your sleep style. Tip: Consistent use helps materials soften and adapt more quickly.

• Always use a mattress protector – It’s the simplest way to keep things clean.

• Spot clean only – Use a damp cloth and mild detergent (always test on a small area first). Avoid soaking the mattress or using harsh chemicals, as this may damage the materials. For stubborn stains or a full deep clean, we recommend consulting a professional mattress cleaning service.

• Rotate every two weeks for the first three months, then monthly – End-to-end only for single-sided mattresses.

• Make sure your bed base is in good condition and not sagging.

• Handles are for positioning only – Never lift the mattress by them.

• Air periodically – Strip the bedding and let the mattress breathe for a few hours every few weeks to keep it fresh.
