• After your order is confirmed, we will get in touch with you to schedule the delivery date, typically within the next 3 to 5 working days, and also provide you with a 3-hour delivery slot for that day. Say goodbye to waiting around all day for your order to arrive!

• Furniture Outlet employ our own delivery & assembly professionals who will be taking meticulous care of your order, so you know exactly who’s coming to your home. One of our friendly two-person teams will expertly deliver, assemble and position your items exactly as you desire, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience from start to finish.

How to Care for Me

Regularly air and rotate your mattress to ensure it stays in pristine condition. Normally, a new mattress should be rotated from head to toe every week for the first three months, then once a month thereafter. This will resettle the inner workings of the mattress and is especially beneficial for larger sized mattresses such as a 5ft king or 6ft super king. Two-sided mattresses should also be flipped over on a regular basis, but a memory foam mattress only needs to be rotated. A waterproof, washable mattress cover will add another protective layer and help keep your mattress clean and odour free. We recommend you consult a professional cleaning service regarding the removal of any stains.
