It arrives vacuum-packed in a compact box for easy transport and setup. We’ll send you a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched, so you’ll know exactly when to expect your new mattress. Once it’s unboxed, allow 24 to 48 hours for the mattress to air out and settle into shape.

Once unboxed, the mattress cannot be returned as it cannot be repackaged. Please check sizing carefully before ordering.

Returns Policy
• Non-returnable once opened – please take care when choosing your mattress size.
• Due to hygiene and packaging limitations, mattresses cannot be returned once removed from their box.

How to Care for Me

• Air out your new Casa Mattress before sleeping on it – New mattress? Let it breathe. Remove all packaging and let it air out in a well-ventilated room for 24 to 48 hours. Why it matters: This helps release any trapped odours and allows the materials to settle into shape.

• Adjustment period – New mattress feel a bit unfamiliar? That’s normal. Settle-in time: It can take 30 to 90 days for your body to adjust and for the mattress to fully contour to your sleep style. Tip: Consistent use helps materials soften and adapt more quickly.

• Always use a mattress protector – It’s the simplest way to keep things clean.

• Spot clean only – Use a damp cloth and mild detergent (always test on a small area first). Avoid soaking the mattress or using harsh chemicals, as this may damage the materials. For stubborn stains or a full deep clean, we recommend consulting a professional mattress cleaning service.

• Rotate every two weeks for the first three months, then monthly – End-to-end only for single-sided mattresses.

• Make sure your bed base is in good condition and not sagging.

• Handles are for positioning only – Never lift the mattress by them.

• Air periodically – Strip the bedding and let the mattress breathe for a few hours every few weeks to keep it fresh.
