Brooklyn’s built for proper lounging – feet up, cushions claimed, corners stretched into. A bit of regular care keeps it feeling fresh, soft and ready for whatever the day brings:

• Once a week, use a vacuum with a soft brush attachment to lift dust, crumbs and everyday bits
• Plump and rotate the seat cushions every few days to keep them full and sink-in soft
• If there’s a spill, act fast and gently blot with a clean, dry cloth – dab only, no rubbing needed
• Try to keep it out of direct sunlight – curtains or blinds will help protect your sofa’s colouring
• Radiators and heating vents can be a bit harsh – give the sofa a little breathing room from excessive heat sources
• The arms are shaped for leaning, not perching – stick to the seat to help it hold its shape
• If you’ve got pets, a soft throw adds a layer of cover and makes clean-ups easier
