Customer Relationship Manager
£30,000 to £35,000 a year

Join our dynamic team and help us drive growth and customer satisfaction by ensuring customers have the right products at the right time, working quickly to resolve issues and provide an excellent customer experience. We are looking for a motivated, proactive and experienced Customer Relationship Manager to play a crucial role in our customer experience team.
The ideal candidate will be a hands on, organised and customer focused Customer Relationship Manager who will oversee client relationships and service delivery across our business.
About the Role:
As Customer Relationship Manager, you will be the first point of contact between the business and our valued customers. Your core responsibilities will involve proactively speaking to customers to quality check our service, acting promptly on service which has fallen below our high standard and liaising with store’s to improve service quality.
Responsibilities:
• Be the primary point of contact for customers across the business
• Proactively resolve customer issues and maintain service satisfaction
• Maintain a consistent and professional standard of customer care across all touchpoints
• Build strong working relationships with the delivery team
• Proactively conduct after care customer service following delivery of orders
Skills:
• Experience is remote customer services
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organisation and time management capabilities
• Problem solver mindset
• Commercially minded
Experience:
• Customer relationship management: 1 year (preferred)

In person
Head Office, Phoenix House, Christopher Martin Road, Basildon Essex SS14 3EZ
Hours of Working:
Monday – Friday
• 3 days per week 9am – 5pm
• 2 days per week 11am – 7pm
Pay:
£30,000 to £35,000 per year depending on experience
